Multi-location (when you grow)

This article is being written. Cleaver supports multi-location three ways today; which one fits depends on how separate your locations really are:

  1. Separate Cleaver workspaces per location — fully isolated data, separate billing, separate logins. Simplest and most robust. Best when the locations are legally separate businesses or have independent inventory and books.
  2. One workspace, multiple Odoo stock locations — same DB, same customer list, but each location has its own warehouse / cooler / freezer in stock. Best for shops that share customers and bookkeeping but want per-location inventory tracking.
  3. One workspace, Odoo multi-company (advanced) — separate companies inside one Cleaver tenant, each with its own books. Available on request; requires multi-company configuration we’ll walk you through.
