Inviting your team

This article is being written. The short version:

  1. Settings → Users & Companies → Users → New invites a teammate by email. They get a link to set their password.
  2. Pick the right role. Cleaver maps to two main tiers:
    • Inventory: User + Sales: User — counter staff and cutters. Can create cut sheets, weigh packs, run the POS. Cannot delete carcasses or sheets that have downstream artifacts.
    • Inventory: Administrator — shop manager. Can override the deletion guards (with audit-trail messages) and reach the more sensitive settings.
  3. Optional: Sales: Administrator if the person handles invoicing / billing decisions outside the POS.
