Yield per carcass

The carcass form’s Yield Weight field auto-fills from every pack and posted bulk-batch line that traces back to the animal.

Yield % = packaged ÷ hanging.

A rolling average per species tells you whether your last run was on track. If your beef yields drop from 62% to 55% over a couple weeks, the cutter on the bench (or the supplier of the animals) needs a conversation.

Hunter donations

For shops doing donation-receipt-eligible processing for hunters, Hunter Intake → Donations Report filters to disposition = donate with the recipient partner, animal weight, and processing date. Print as the donor’s tax-receipt backup.

Usage / pounds processed

Usage → Dashboard shows pounds processed this month — packs plus posted bulk batches. The on-tenant widget mirrors what the central billing aggregator sees, so what you see on this screen is what Cleaver bills you for.
